These terms govern your use of drizzlebono.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by APM Ventures, Itwari, Nagpur 440002, Maharashtra, India, under the brand BONO ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and information

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including grade, origin, net quantity and storage guidance. Images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly between batches. Nothing on the Site is medical or nutritional advice. If you have a health condition or allergy, consult a qualified professional.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST (5% on olive oil). The price charged is the price shown at checkout. The MRP printed on the label is the maximum retail price; our selling price may be lower. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or SMS. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment partners over secure, encrypted connections. We do not store your card or bank details. Where cash on delivery is offered, payment is due in full at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping

We ship within India only. Shipping is free on every order. Dispatch and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site, including the BONO name, logo, label design, illustrations, photographs and text, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you send us photos, recipes or reviews, you give us permission to use them on the Site and our social channels, with credit where you ask for it. Please do not send anything you do not have the right to share.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Grievances

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints can be raised with our Grievance Officer: Mayur Ahuja, hey@drizzlebono.com, +91 96898 98997. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
