Shipping
We ship across India. Orders are dispatched from Nagpur, Maharashtra.
- Dispatch: orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on Sundays and public holidays, go out the next working day.
- Metro cities: typically 2 to 4 working days.
- Rest of India: typically 4 to 7 working days.
- Shipping charge: free on every order across India. No minimum.
You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order leaves us.
Packaging
Every bottle is induction-sealed and packed in a moulded insert. If a bottle arrives leaking or damaged, we replace it. See below.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item and the outer packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and we will not ask you to ship the damaged bottle back.
Returns
Because this is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles for reasons of safety and hygiene. Unopened bottles in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first to arrange it. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the return being received.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but the returns terms above still apply.
